Responsibilities:

• Provide production-level support for CultureAI’s SaaS product hosted on AWS.
• Support the development of the product by building the best technical environment for the engineering team.
• Lead projects to implement new systems and processes to maintain technical infrastructure and support the engineering team.
• Build and maintain the local software development environment used by engineers alongside AWS infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Experience creating and maintaining software development environments using AWS technologies.
• Strong experience with AWS services, including EC2, VPCs, IAM, S3, SQS, RDS (MySQL), and ElastiCache (Redis).
• Advanced Docker skills for both development and production environments.
• Experience implementing and managing production Kubernetes clusters with EKS, including scaling, monitoring, and using Calico for policy management and Helm for packaging.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking, including DNS, routing, subnets, NAT, network ACLs, firewalls, and security groups.
• Experience working with software engineering environments across both Windows and Mac.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and exceptional scripting skills in Bash/Python.
• Experience with CI/CD implementation/management and Git for version control.

Beneficial Knowledge:

• Experience with SRE tooling such as Datadog and Sentry.
• Familiarity with MS EntraID, Google Workplace, and OKTA management.
• Knowledge of DataBricks/Kafka.
• Experience with JetBrains TeamCity, YouTrack & Space.
• Infrastructure as Code knowledge using Terraform/AWS CloudFormation.
