Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage digital infrastructure and pipelines to ensure system stability and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to streamline the release process and enable rapid deployment.
- Oversee cloud environments, primarily AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.
- Create and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including orchestration and scaling.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement DevOps best practices and ensure consistent delivery standards.
- Employ scripting languages (Python, Bash) to automate tasks, enhance workflows, and maintain scripts and configurations.
- Uphold high security standards, embedding security best practices within the development and deployment pipeline.
- Proactively troubleshoot issues, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure or application-related challenges in real-time.
- Continuously research and adopt new tools and technologies that enhance automation, monitoring, and alerting.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in DevOps, with proven expertise across core DevOps practices and infrastructure management.
- Proficient in Git, Python, and Bash.
- Familiar with tools for defining, managing, and versioning infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes, especially Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and managing cloud environments.
- Advanced skills with Docker and Kubernetes, including orchestration and scaling.
- Solid understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting.
- Ability to design and execute long-term DevOps strategies and improvements.
