Responsibilities:
- Define strategy and goals for assigned digital products and services.
- Manage escalated complaints or management-level issues related to digital products/services.
- Serve as the primary contact for business partners and stakeholders.
- Provide expertise in enterprise-wide initiatives and contribute to department policies and procedures.
- Ensure business continuity, contingency planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee digital governance and provide support across the enterprise on digital products and services.
- Manage staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations.
- Support incident management and production support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience in digital marketing, product management, financial services, or project management.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated financial analysis skills and experience leading large group sessions.
- Experience managing or leading staff.
- Experience with process mapping or customer journey mapping (preferred).
- Previous financial services industry experience (preferred).
