Senior Endpoint Engineer – Projects Full Time

  • The role involves building and managing Windows and Apple endpoint deployments using various modern and traditional methods, focusing on security frameworks like the Essential 8.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage application deployment via multiple methods.
  • Customize devices through SOEs and Modern Deployment.
  • Build and manage policies for enforcing settings and application deployments.
  • Translate customer requirements into design and technical configurations.
  • Handle escalations from junior team members and provide technical advice.
  • Perform modern desktop deployments using AutoPilot and InTune.
  • Complete documentation for knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level of Intune experience.
  • Application packaging and PowerShell scripting experience.
  • M365 licensing experience/understanding of constraints.
  • NDES and SCEP experience.
  • SOE customization experience.
  • Azure AD connect experience.
  • Understanding of Kerberos and Essential 8 security framework.
  • High level of knowledge for the Windows OS and related policies.
  • Experience rolling out devices using Autopilot.
  • Considered favourably:
    • An understanding of ITIL processes.
    • Ability to write great documentation.
    • Experience with Essential 8 or any other security framework.
    • Experience with JAMF.
    • Any certifications or training on InTune, SCCM, Windows, JAMF, etc.
