Responsibilities
- Encourage others to do excellent work through leadership
- Attract, grow, and retain excellent software engineers
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable tooling and automation
- Work with teams across the company on Twitch-wide programs
- Extend, scale, and redefine the Twitch Security Platform
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development
- 3+ years as an engineering manager or team lead
- 1+ years working with task management tools such as Jira
- Knowledge of AWS services, open-source technologies, ETL tools, and data warehousing solutions
- Experience hiring and developing remote engineers
- Experience gathering feedback from customers for engineering prioritization
