Responsibilities

Book meetings and follow up on tasks
Coordinate activities with vendors and insurances
Manage communications and host project status meetings
Handle travel coordination and SharePoint management
Plan holidays and lead related activities
Take notes and manage tasks effectively
Manage company templates and weekly project timesheets
Support the definition of ONB structure and process
Oversee EE and contractor onboarding and job posting management
Coordinate invoices and prepare for leadership meetings

Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of EA experience
Preferably worked for a medium-sized or growing company
Highly organized with attention to detail
Self-starter with strong management skills
Strong experience with MS Office tools
Scrum Master certification preferred
QuickBooks experience required
Strong internet connection with backup service
Must have project management experience
