Build the marketing plan for the region, integrating field events, ABM programs, and partner marketing activities to drive demand for Cloudflare.
Identify opportunities to drive hosted event formats such as CxO events, customer-led panels, fireside chats, roundtables, webinars, and Executive Briefings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, BDRs, MarkOps, MarTech, SalesOps, ABM Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing) to support high-impact marketing campaigns and programs.
Ensure proper distribution of corporate and regional resources such as Branding, PR, ABM, PPC, Social, Advertising, Outbound Campaigns, etc.
Evaluate and manage external vendors and event sponsorship opportunities based on market reach and audience relevance.
Track marketing budget and report on performance and ROI of marketing initiatives.
Own the lead lifecycle and drive to accelerate funnel velocity to maximize conversions and revenue goals.
Communicate results, issue management, and feedback loops to regional stakeholders.

8+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing (enterprise software, SaaS, Security).
Comfortable with reporting and communicating marketing impact across the organization.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Prior marketing experience in a high growth company in SaaS, security, or network space is preferred.
Experience executing regional field marketing initiatives under an integrated ABM strategy.
Knowledge of the customer journey and effective marketing approaches by stage.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, or other marketing tools.
Metrics-driven and creative problem-solver.
Team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to work strategically and tactically.
Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Ability to travel when needed (30-40%).
