Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Field Sales Manager for its Research & Learning division. The role involves driving profitable sales growth within assigned territories in accounting firms and corporations, utilizing Wolters Kluwer’s suite of tax and accounting solutions. The company is a global leader in tax, accounting, and audit solutions, helping professionals stay informed and compliant with evolving regulations.

Manage assigned account list and support a healthy sales pipeline by reviewing target list, organizing customers, and researching decision-makers.
Drive new account/customer development to meet sales goals by conducting prospecting calls and meetings.
Maintain and grow existing customer business by staying informed of their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Contribute to new product development by identifying gaps where products do not meet client needs.
Improve market share by engaging clients at management and executive levels.
Manage time and resources effectively to achieve sales goals and collaborate with colleagues on selling strategies.
Develop an Annual Business Plan, provide reports and forecasts, and engage in weekly communication with the manager.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
3+ years’ B2B sales experience, including formal sales education/training.
Proven ability in developing and qualifying prospect lists and achieving sales goals.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com or other CRM applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment.
