Senior Field Sales Representative Full Time

Responsibilities

• Own existing branch relationships and enable sales reps
• Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs
• Main contact for partners regarding Roofr and products
• Provide product training and onboarding support for partners
• Plan, forecast, and meet departmental objectives and quotas
• Organize and host community events and meetings
• Provide product updates through trainings and presentations
• Travel to partner sites regularly (1-2 weeks/month)
• Master Roofr’s PRM & CRM for partner updates
• Work cross-functionally with sales and support leaders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the roofing or adjacent industries
• 5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience
• Experience in channel partnerships is a plus
• Experience with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce) and modern tooling
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and navigate organizations
• Ability to work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage influence through persuasion and negotiation
