Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for merchandise margin, inventory, and opex
- Track financial performance against budget, plans, and KPIs
- Analyze variances and trends, identifying risks and opportunities
- Lead process improvements and enhance reporting tools
- Prepare financial review presentations for management
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling for decision-making
- Communicate forecast deadlines and dates to the Merchandise Finance team
Requirements
- 2-4 years of financial analysis, retail finance, or inventory planning experience
- Experience with full-price and markdown forecasting models
- Superior Excel skills, including financial modeling and presentation creation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Anaplan, Essbase, or similar tools

- Salary range: $116,000 – $124,000 USD
