Responsibilities:
- Weekly and monthly reconciliation of billings and bookings data.
- Partner with billings, sales operations, and business intelligence to identify gaps in processes and recommend solutions.
- Maintain and develop daily, weekly, and monthly new sales and renewal sales reporting.
- Collaborate with business leaders on sales and revenue trends.
- Consolidate ARR retention reporting by product.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) data.
- Assist with the annual budget and maintain the monthly rolling forecast model.
- Resolve issues related to system platforms.
- Maintain or assist with maintaining accounting information systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as an accountant, auditor, or financial analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, specifically Excel and Power Query; PowerBI is a plus.
- Exposure to systems like Zuora, NetSuite, Intaact, and Salesforce.
- Inquisitive nature and ability to ask questions clearly.
- Willingness to voice concerns and suggest process improvements.
- Ability to balance team and individual work.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
