Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing financial data and performance metrics
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare regular financial reports with key insights

Requirements
- 5+ years experience with Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and analytical tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills with deadline management
- Prior finance or accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of financial systems and ERP software is a plus
