Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing financial data and performance metrics
- Support budgeting and forecasting by gathering data and preparing models
- Prepare regular financial reports and provide recommendations
- Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budgeted figures
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to departments
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for financial analysis
Requirements
- 5+ years experience and Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Prior experience in finance or accounting is preferred
