Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in creating innovative features for the frontend application, using the latest JavaScript tools.
- Go beyond mere implementation by following best practices and maintaining exceptional code quality.
- Engage in every phase of the SDLC; contribute to the architecture, code development, and oversee the launch of new releases.
- Support critical services for customers ensuring the security of their payments.
- Keep a pulse on the technology landscape, identify emerging technologies, and proactively recommend relevant improvements to the stack.
- Champion engineering excellence by fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead by example in practices such as code reviews, Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, and writing clean, maintainable code.
- Use excellent communication skills to interact frequently and effectively with various stakeholders at Trustpair.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in JavaScript development.
- Solid experience with React and Typescript.
- Working experience with a CSS framework such as SCSS, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.
- Working experience with a test framework, preferably Jest (experience with react-testing-library is a must).
- Ability to learn advanced frontend concepts and techniques in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders within the company.
