We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) with a strong focus on data pipelines, backend development, and data analysis to join our innovative team.
As a key member of our development team, you will be instrumental in converting raw data into valuable insights for our customers.
Your expertise in building and managing data-oriented applications will drive the evolution of our platform and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing data interaction.
Lead the architectural design and implementation of backend components, integrating data analysis tools and approaches to enhance data processing and visualization.
Develop frontend views where necessary, optimizing performance, security, and scalability.
Tackle complex issues across the stack, from developing innovative ways for sales employees to interact with data to enabling live access to our data-driven products.
Manage the complexity of heterogeneous data sources, enhance application performance, and execute effective solutions that leverage data insights.
Collaborate with a distributed team and communicate effectively, using your strong analytical skills to deliver solutions that incorporate data-driven insights.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions that not only meet but anticipate customer needs.

3+ years of proven experience in backend development and data-intensive applications, with a strong foundation in Full Stack development.
Demonstrated ability to use analytical tools and methodologies to process data and generate insights that inform business decisions and product development.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code, specifically Terraform, and knowledge of Kubernetes and/or AWS, highlighting a comprehensive understanding of the full development stack.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for designing elegant solutions to complex, data-driven problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in German is a strong plus but not required.
