Responsibilities
- Lead engineering side of product development with collaboration from product and design teams
- Ensure component-based and test-driven development, providing feedback on fixed bugs
- Develop code standards and documentation for quick onboarding of new engineers
- Create architectural blueprints and data structures for high code-quality and fast evolution
- Work remotely with excellent communication, being proactive, reliable, and empathetic
