Senior Fullstack Engineer Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Solve challenging technical problems across the stack to develop critical customer-facing features.
• Drive end-to-end development of complex projects with multiple engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Design and build robust, scalable systems to scale the platform to 10x the number of users.
• Set technical best practices and mentor engineers.
• Become an expert in the Lumos product and collaborate on user requirements and team goals.
• Interview candidates and help refine recruiting processes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in React, Typescript, GraphQL, Apollo, Python, Flask, and SQLAlchemy.
• Ability to develop complex, customer-facing features and maintain engineering systems.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
• Motivation to grow and a strong cultural fit with Lumos values.
• Open to mentoring and leading new team members.
