Description:
- Develop beautiful and on-brand designs for web, event displays, emails, presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure that all designs align with clients’ brand guidelines and maintain high brand standards.
- Carefully review designs for errors and make necessary adjustments before sharing with the team.
- Suggest creative content and designs based on a thorough understanding of client objectives and needs.
- Ensure all work is developed and delivered on time, meeting deadlines consistently.
- Deliver design adaptations and assets that meet all technical specifications.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying new techniques to enhance designs.
Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling layouts and designs.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and Figma.
- A collaborative and helpful attitude, in line with our team’s culture and agency values.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently and follow internal processes.
- Eagerness to work with a team of creative professionals and clear communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- A growth mindset with the ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
