Responsibilities:
- Size growth opportunities and conduct RD.
- Build business cases for growth experiments.
- Run experiments to validate initiatives.
- Collaborate with multiple teams for scaling.
- Identify and validate growth hypotheses.
- Run tests to increase conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of growth experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and owner mentality.
- Growth-obsessed and results-driven.
- Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel).
- Resourceful and autonomous in fast-paced settings.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
