Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to target talent in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships.
• Use advanced sourcing techniques like social media, networks, industry events, and talent databases.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies for each department.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience for Go-to-Market roles.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms.
