Follow up with families who have had initial conversations with A Place for Mom and been referred and/or toured communities to advise on next steps, driving move-ins to customer communities.
Act as the liaison between families in need and the communities or care providers.
Serve as an ongoing expert resource to families after they have been referred to initial communities or home care providers.
Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to families and communities, ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process.
Schedule tours at customer communities and send second-round referrals, while working to convert leads into move-ins, meeting monthly sales targets.
Build relationships with families to understand their needs and guide them through the decision-making process.

3-5 years of strong sales experience, proactive outreach, and closing skills with a consultative approach.
Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and performance results.
Ability to multitask, such as talking on the phone and taking notes on the computer.
Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
