Senior Insights & Analytics Analyst Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Enable teams to access data for self-analysis.
• Consult on data applications across company teams.
• Support setting KPIs and Metrics across the company.
• Ensure KPIs align with company success drivers.
• Apply the Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control model.
• Consult on metrics and oversee data work visibility.

Requirements:

• Experience with high transaction volume B2C businesses.
• Significant experience with hands-on data analysis.
• Experience with various types of analysis across functions.
• ROI analysis experience within a content business.
• Product analysis experience (retention, funnels, etc.).
• Experience executing/analysing A/B and multivariate testing.
• Comfortable with data engineering and managing CDPs.
• Expertise in SQL for extracting, cleaning, and transforming data.
• Collaborative mindset working with business and technical teams.
• Ability to condense complex analysis into concise takeaways.
• Willingness to perform tasks independently.
