Responsibilities
- Outbound phone and email communications to existing customers and channel partners
- Recommend business solutions based on customer needs and SonicWall interests
- Utilize product subscription records to drive increases in active subscribers
- Facilitate sales information flow to regional sales teams and leaders
- Drive lifecycle management process improvements with partners and customers
- Influence sales behavior and capabilities among sales teams
- Serve as the initial point of contact for Installed Base data inquiries
- Maintain documentation for projects and initiatives involving Installed Base growth
- Enhance relationships with existing customers using SonicWall’s technology and services
- Leverage cross-functional resources to achieve results
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Critical thinking to understand strategy and provide consultative analysis
- Ability to combine complex data into actionable business plans
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multitask, and prioritize workload
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to follow through on projects
- Ability to learn new tools
- Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration
