Senior Java Developer / Tech Lead Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-load, distributed middleware and backend apps.
• Design and develop microservice architectures and APIs.
• Write unit, integration, and load tests.
• Create technical documentation.
• Consult on new and existing systems for project documentation.
• Ensure service functionality and support.

Requirements:

• 5+ years programming experience, 2+ years commercial projects.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Proficiency in Java 8/17 (Concurrency, Parallel, Distributed).
• Web application development with JSON/XML, REST architecture.
• Experience with NoSQL (Cassandra DB).
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle).
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Maven, Gradle, JUnit.
• Expertise in Spring Framework (MVC, Boot, Security), Akka, Hibernate.
• Understanding of data exchange brokers (Kafka, JMS).
• Experience with distributed systems.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (SDLC, Scrum, Kanban, XP).
• Knowledge of microservices, SOA, monoliths, design patterns, Event Sourcing.
• Experience with Docker, Grafana, ELK Stack, Artifactory.
• English proficiency for negotiation and correspondence.
