Responsibilities
- Interpret customer problems and build valuable solutions.
- Collaborate on designing and planning new product features.
- Improve development tools and processes.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software.
- Champion user experience, focusing on clarity and speed.
- Contribute to company and product vision and planning.
- Mentor and support junior developers.
Requirements
- Professional experience in production-level SaaS products.
- Proficient in Java, C#, and object-oriented languages.
- Exposure to Typescript, Python, HTML, CSS an asset.
- Experience with front-end tools (Webpack, NPM, Jest, Cypress) an asset.
- Familiarity with version control, release management, CI/CD workflows an asset.
- Experience in PLM integrations, issue reproduction, root cause analysis.
- Track record of building scalable products an asset.
- Passion for teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Nice-to-have: Experience in PLM configurations, CAD integrations, data migrations.
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of BOM, part/document management, ACL, change management, PLM-CAD-ERP integrations.
