Senior Java Software Engineer – ArcGIS Video Full Time

Responsibilities

• Build server-side Java components and web services for user experience
• Prototype, design, develop, and deliver scalable software features
• Design and architect software products to meet customer requirements
• Apply cloud native principles for massive scale and availability
• Analyze and fix bugs and performance problems as they occur
• Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and incorporate them

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developing middleware software with Java
• Experience developing RESTful web services
• Good understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS and Azure
• Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Experience with version control systems like GIT
• Proficient in debugging and profiling tools like IntelliJ IDEA and JProfiler
• Excellent problem-solving, design, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
• US citizen eligible for a U.S. Top Secret clearance
