Responsibilities

• Provide key technical leadership and impact ML-based solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional product squads
• Advise senior business stakeholders and set strategic direction
• Lead technical work and drive up standards within ML discipline
• Identify impactful opportunities and scope product challenges
• Mentor other ML practitioners and share knowledge
• Work with MLOps team to develop tools for rapid ML model iteration

Requirements

• Track record of leading advanced ML models development
• Experience in deploying ML models and tackling real business problems
• Passion for mentoring and raising technical standards
• Proficient in Python and SQL, eager to learn Go lang
• Comfortable with ambiguity and resolving team and stakeholder issues
• Product mindset and focus on customer outcomes
• Ability to communicate ML concepts to non-experts
