Senior Major Gifts Manager Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Secure renewals and upgrades from major donors.
• Develop cultivation and stewardship strategies.
• Organize meetings, events, and communication with donors.
• Manage co-executive directors’ workblocks and time.
• Lead 3-5 major gifts projects/events annually.
• Strategize and own donor-facing events and initiatives.
• Write concise, persuasive pitches for major donors.
• Lead writing of grant reports and proposals.
• Support major gifts prospecting and cultivation.
• Build relationships with new and existing donors.
• Manage donor advisor communications and outreach.
• Identify new donor advisors and communities.
• Ensure proper data storage in Salesforce.
• Support cross-team development projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in fundraising, with 2+ years in major gifts.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced fundraising environments.
• Successful event, campaign, and tactic planning.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage senior-level staff with confidence.
• Experience with discretion and confidentiality.
