Job duties/responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to provide business insights
- Support new commercial business leader with sales pipeline and opportunities
- Support new clinical development business leader with business plans and modeling
- Enable a culture of FP&A excellence as a strategic partner
- Refine and manage FP&A processes: annual planning, monthly reporting, forecasts
- Provide ad-hoc decision support and strategic business modeling
- Support sponsor and lender reporting, including presentation materials
- Provide finance support for M&A, market analytics, and competitive intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- High energy and self-motivated with a passion for building processes
- Experience in global Pharma Services or CDMO preferred, not required
- Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
- Collaborative style with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills for managing and engaging stakeholders
- Successful M&A integration experience
