Responsibilities:
- Apply quantitative & qualitative research methods.
- Drive the end-to-end research process.
- Utilize data analysis to uncover compelling insights.
- Connect research findings with Ollie data.
- Present findings to colleagues and leaders.
- Contribute to Ollie’s Customer Insights program.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in consumer insights.
- Skilled in selecting methodologies for research.
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Ability to explain findings and present recommendations.
- Experience with Looker or Lightdash is a bonus.
- Self-starter with high emotional intelligence.
- Experience juggling multiple projects.
- College degree in marketing, business, or related field.
