Summary:

Sprout Social, a global leader in social media management software, seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales in Ireland or the UK. The role drives strategic sales for major brands like Harrods and IHG, reporting to the Head of Enterprise, EMEA. Founded in 2010, Sprout serves over 30,000 brands with AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed revenue, operational, and strategic goals, driving measurable results contributing to team and organizational growth.
• Manage and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on all aspects of sales effectiveness and fostering their professional growth and development.
• Connect tactical sales operations with strategic goals, ensuring team activities contribute to Sprout Social’s long-term objectives.
• Provide timely and practical feedback to senior leadership on market trends and go-to-market strategies, informing strategic decisions.
• Identify and implement improvements to sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives that require advanced problem-solving and cross-departmental coordination, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in sales leadership roles.
• 3+ years of closing experience in Enterprise SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of success as both an individual salesperson and a sales leader.
• Deep understanding of complex Enterprise B2B SaaS sales solutions.
• Demonstrated passion for hiring, developing, and coaching top sales talent.
• Exceptional communication skills and analytical acumen.
