Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communications strategies for Rightway
- Evolve Rightway’s narrative highlighting company vision, mission, and strategy
- Use various channels to identify the best way(s) to tell Rightway’s story publicly
- Produce high-quality written content (blog, press releases, statements, social posts)
- Strategize and execute communications for media briefings, speeches, and executive placements
- Collaborate with Marketing, product development, sales, and partnerships for cohesive messaging
- Analyze and report on performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize learnings
Requirements
- 5-8 years of corporate communications experience, with a mix of agency and in-house experience
- Experience working with senior executives as a strategic communications advisor
- Proven experience in balancing confidential information and decision-making under pressure
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail, navigating ambiguous issues
- Ability to assess corporate reputation challenges and opportunities strategically
- Experience developing media strategies and interacting with journalists
- Experience with project management, planning, and delivering work against goals
