Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and develop long-term financial plans
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Oversee rolling forecasts and ensure accuracy
- Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts
- Identify and implement process improvements in FP&A
- Enhance financial reporting and forecasting through technology
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 7+ years in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Proficient in financial analysis tools like Excel, SAP, or Hyperion
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of GAAP and relevant accounting standards
