Senior Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the annual budgeting process
• Provide accurate financial forecasts for decision-making
• Collaborate with leadership to execute financial strategies
• Generate regular financial reports for stakeholders
• Work closely with departments to understand financial needs
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years in financial planning and analysis
• 2+ years in investment banking
• Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
