Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Refine and elevate a differentiated Americas brand position.
  • Develop integrated regional strategies aligned with practices and industries.
  • Lead transformational strategies to position dss+ as a market leader.
  • Ensure cohesive internal communications aligned with strategic goals.
• Marketing Excellence:
  • Oversee Americas content strategy to support sales enablement and brand awareness.
  • Enable teams to generate qualified leads using modern tools and channels.
  • Enhance online presence and implement effective digital engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute initiatives.
• Sales Enablement and Commercial Operations:
  • Partner with sales leaders to optimize the marketing-to-sales process.
  • Gather market insights to tailor marketing and sales approaches.
  • Refine CRM practices and track KPIs for data-driven decisions.
  • Streamline Americas marketing and sales workflows for consistency and scalability.
• Transformational Leadership:
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing and communications team.
  • Drive organizational change by modernizing marketing approaches.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to amplify marketing impact.

Requirements:

• Proven success in senior marketing and sales enablement roles within global organizations.
• Expertise in operational risk, safety, sustainability, and leadership consulting.
• Strong skills in targeting, segmentation, measurement, and digital marketing.
• Financial acumen in budget management and ROI optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing and sales enablement, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
