Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in Enterprise SaaS support leadership.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing distributed teams.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Knowledge of AWS/serverless environments.
- Familiarity with Database technologies and APIs.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Python).
