Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-in-class incident response program.
- Develop strategic roadmap for tools, processes, and people.
- Support Business Continuity efforts and optimize plans.
- Maximize proactive incident detection through monitoring.
- Collaborate across teams to identify detection gaps.
- Execute incident response through playbooks and standards.
- Ensure major incidents have post-mortems and root-cause analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in incident management, IT, or related fields.
- Data-driven decision-making ability.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced tech company.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Expertise in ITIL, ITSM, and incident management.
- Solid technical background and quick learning ability.
