Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement strategic work, including legal entity optimization, transfer pricing, and mitigation of cash taxes.
- Oversee indirect taxes such as sales/use tax, property tax, and VAT, including compliance, provision/accounting, and audit processes, including negotiations of audit settlements.
- Prepare income tax and state returns in the United States.
- Oversee EMEA tax compliance processes, including audits, with outside support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, finance, supply chain, and legal teams to ensure global tax compliance.
- Lead tax planning efforts to mitigate global tax risks and exposures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an advanced degree/certifications in business taxation.
- 5+ years of experience working for an accounting or consulting firm.
- CPA certification.
- International tax experience.
- Experience managing tax functions for a global company involving multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
