Responsibilities
- Oversee US GAAP global consolidated income tax provision
- Ensure compliance with SOX 404 internal controls
- Prepare or review tax filings and returns
- Organize R&D tax credit analysis
- Lead sales tax collection and remittance reporting
- Conduct transfer pricing analysis across countries
- Review analysis of tax issues and provide timely support
- Assess tax reporting systems for company growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA is a plus
- 10+ years corporate tax experience, 5+ in Big Four or Corporate
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC Topic 740
- Experience in corporate tax accounting processes and controls
- Leadership experience in change management
- Experience in fast-growth environments or public transitions
