Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the newly hired ACD of Social to conceptualize, champion, develop, and execute Instacart’s holistic social strategy & presence, rooted in creativity and backed by data/performance
- Develop strategic playbooks & content plans for both the brand channels and adjacent efforts, such as Shopper Social, Caper Carts, etc.
- Collaborate closely with Paid Social, Influencer, and Affiliate teams to develop a cohesive strategy, ensuring a consistent voice across the funnel
- Work with social platform reps to stay updated on platform capabilities
- Identify, ideate, and act on reactive opportunities, moving at the speed of culture
- Build a best-in-class social media program from the ground up with a team of Creatives and Community Managers
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience, 5+ in Social Media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact at senior levels of the organization
- Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Nimble, resourceful, and detail-oriented; thrives in a collaborative work environment
- A growth mindset with a high standard for quality
- Expertise in social media tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Meltwater, etc.
- Proven experience building a social media strategy and successful social-first programs
Benefits
- Base pay range: $142,000—$190,000 USD depending on location
- Eligibility for a new hire equity grant and annual refresh grants
