Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating high-quality leads from industry and business for the PPA-as-a-Service product.
- Coordinate communication between the product team and the marketing team, acting as the point of contact for marketing-related topics.
- Actively contribute to the development and execution of the Go-to-Market strategy for PPA consumers.
- Plan and execute performance campaigns with a focus on Paid Social (e.g., LinkedIn) and optimize the full-funnel strategy.
- Increase efficiency in mailing actions and manage address selection for cold acquisition (e.g., using Dealfront).
- Analyze and optimize the performance of all activities, providing actionable insights.
- Develop ideas for marketing materials for consumers and support the content marketing strategy.
- Conduct product-specific market research independently or by coordinating with external agencies.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital B2B marketing.
- Excellent experience with common marketing tools (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Miro, Confluence).
- Ability to work strategically and data-driven, independently developing and testing new hypotheses.
- Strong focus on quality and a professional, error-free external representation.
- Willingness to dive into complex energy topics and communicate them clearly to target audiences.
- Fluent in German (company language) and good English skills.
