- Own meta and social experience design.
- Lead implementation of meta features.
- Create documentation for meta features.
- Gather feedback to refine work.
- Ensure feature alignment with game systems.
- Provide feedback to other Designers.
- Oversee sub-team for feature delivery.
- Mentor junior Designers.
Requirements:
- Experience on metagame for live ops/GAAS title.
- Owned metagame features from concept to delivery.
- Experience with social systems for a title.
- Strong grasp of metagame design principles.
- Extensive knowledge of industry best practices.
- Passion for playing live ops titles.
- Bonus: Experience with multiplayer games.
- Bonus: Experience with PC/Console titles.
