Summary:
- Forterro is looking for a Senior Partner Manager for the DACH region to strategically expand its partner network for market-leading ERP products Myfactory and Proffix.
- The role is focused on building and winning new partners in the ERP space and driving the B2B business forward in the DACH region.
- The position serves as the central point of contact for potential partners in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, supporting them to successfully position Forterro’s solutions in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and targeting new potential ERP sales partners, especially in the SME segment in the DACH region.
- Building long-term successful partnerships for Myfactory and Proffix products through close collaboration and support in market entry.
- Advising new partners on the entire Forterro product portfolio and supporting their onboarding with training, product presentations, and technical guidance.
- Developing go-to-market strategies with new partners and coordinating joint sales activities to increase market success for all Forterro products in the SME sector.
- Analyzing market trends and competitive activities to strategically develop and align new partnerships.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to support partners and execute a joint growth strategy.
- Preparing regular reports and analyses on partner acquisitions and their progress to ensure transparency in achieving goals.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in partner management or business development in the SaaS, ERP, or SME software industry, with proven success in partner acquisition and building sales networks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English, to convince potential partners of Forterro’s product portfolio for SMEs and build long-term collaborations.
- Strategic thinking and negotiation skills to effectively manage the partner acquisition process and create win-win situations.
- Results-oriented with high self-motivation, strong drive for success, and a clear focus on achieving goals.
- Independent and responsible in daily work, with the ability to proactively and structurally advance the development of new relationships.
- Good understanding of the ERP and SME software market and the specific requirements of the SME segment in the DACH region.
- Willingness to travel within Germany and Switzerland to acquire new partners, attend events, and successfully develop partnerships.
- A team player with a passion for collaborating with internal departments like marketing and sales.
