Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic partnerships with acquirers, issuing banks, and card schemes in EMEA.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation.
- Analyze market trends and identify partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate and structure complex partnership agreements.
- Cultivate relationships with key partners, influencers, and regulators.
- Monitor partnership performance and optimize outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of senior experience in fintech, banking, or payments industry.
- Proven track record in strategic partnerships and business development in EMEA.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in managing complex partnerships and agreements.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
