  • The company is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager:in / SEA for a full-time position with flexible working options (100% remote or based in Münster, Köln, or Mülheim-Kärlich).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage campaigns: Create compelling B2B ads in collaboration with the content team, plan and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc. to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop strategies: Develop performance marketing strategies with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Conduct tests: Continuously run A/B tests to optimize ads and landing pages. Use insights to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets: Coordinate with the agency, monitor expenses, and optimize spending to stay within budget.
  • Analyze and report: Use analytics tools to evaluate performance and provide regular reports. Refine campaigns based on insights to meet goals and KPIs.
  • Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in SEA and artificial intelligence, integrating innovative approaches into strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing within the software sector.
  • Proven experience in SEA, working with the Google Suite, setting up and maintaining tracking systems, and analyzing data.
  • Familiarity with other online marketing tools like Facebook Business Manager.
  • Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking.
  • Initiative and flexibility.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
  • Experience with Hubspot and Mixpanel is a plus.
