- Develop and create creative strategies for ads on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube for Direct-To-Consumer brands.
- Create and continuously develop copy and communication strategies.
- Plan and conceptualize creative tests.
- Write copy for video and static ads.
- Evaluate creative tests and account performance based on relevant KPIs.
- Lead regular alignment and strategy calls with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Ads.
- Experience in an agency environment, project management, and independent client handling.
- Experience in leading small teams (at least 2-3 people).
- Ability to create copy strategies, conduct research, and target audiences effectively.
- Analytical and strategic mindset to dive deeply into target audiences and know how to engage them.
- Knowledgeable about social media trends and how to adapt them.
- Data-driven approach to evaluating work and proficient in Meta and TikTok Ads Managers.
