Senior Product Designer Full Time

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers and business problems to identify pain points
• Create impactful and elegant solutions rapidly
• Strategically connect the dots across the product
• Present design work and articulate design decisions
• Update acceptance criteria and define logic for your work
• Take full cycle ownership from ideation to release
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers
• Solve problems across multiple platforms like portals and dashboards
• Build and update components in the Design system
• Contribute to redefining global work processes

Requirements

• Passionate about design
• Able to learn fast
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• 5+ years in end-to-end product design for web and app
• Strong knowledge in both UX and UI design
• Experience with design systems
• Know when to dive deep and when to execute
• Comfortable working in a development team
• Involvement in the end-to-end development process
• Must be based in LATAM
