Senior Product Designer at Grow Therapy Full Time

Responsibilities

• Discover provider and payor needs through qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Shape and share insights to inspire and align the organization
• Build key partnerships and communicate cross-functional design strategies
• Drive insight into elegant solutions that meet business goals
• Stay curious across product areas to uncover patterns and opportunities
• Engage in honest communication, promoting care and respect within teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of product design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating shipment of multiple products successfully
• Strong expertise in visual design, interaction design, and workflows
• Ability to build alignment and articulate vision through storytelling
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions quickly
• Collaborative nature and ability to motivate teammates
