Responsibilities:
- Contribute to product and design strategy direction and decision-making.
- Own end-to-end user journey from ideation, prototyping, user testing to final production.
- Work with product management, engineering, and XFN peers to define and execute on product roadmap.
- Design web and mobile experiences for clients that are intuitive and simple.
- Participate in design critiques to provide and receive feedback.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Design experience.
- Strong product thinking, solutions-oriented, and autonomous.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products with a product team.
- Expertise in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Low ego, collaborative, and open-minded.
- Interest in crypto and/or financial products.
