Senior Product Designer Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Understand company vision and strategic goals.
• Champion user-centered design and user needs.
• Conduct user research and testing.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Execute interaction and UI design tasks.
• Work between web and iOS platforms.
• Create micro-interactions and infographics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Present design concepts and solutions.
• Mentor colleagues and foster collaboration.
• Serve as an expert in Design Thinking.
• Use metrics to inform design updates.
• Enhance information architecture.
• Maintain and evolve the design system.
• Optimize design workflows and tools.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years in UX design with wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong user research and insight translation.
• Collaborative with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in UX design presentation and writing.
• Commitment to ethical practices and ownership.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B experiences.
